As promised, I have been busy in the background on a new project: a podcast to highlight the people behind the industry. I named it Canndid, because I can’t resist a good cannabis pun, and because it describes my intended flavor for the show.

On this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tim Conder, Co-founder and former CEO, and current division President at Blackbird, an HERBL company. Tim is an interesting cat; down-to-earth, super intelligent, and armed with great origin story.

We discussed social equity, consumption lounges and our preference to not interact with 45 strangers while we smoke, his experience selling and re-buying Blackbird, and how he once left $50k cash in an Uber. I hope you enjoy.
